When Erin opened Balm her dream was to create an environment where she and her clients could grow, thrive, and relax while also providing a complete and holistic experience for every human that walked in the door.
With over 13 years in the hair industry, Erin has worked hard to hone her skills and specialize in the things that bring her joy.

Her favorite things to do are custom colors such as Balayage and other effortless/low maintenance colors, as well as platinum blondes, and color corrections.
She has expert knowledge in curly cuts that enhancing natural texture, long layered cuts as well as shags, and short cuts which include barber fades, and textured pixie styles.

Erin always starts every service with a thorough consultation as well as talking about at home maintenance and styling tips. She loves to educate her clients so beautiful hair can be attained at home as well!

When not in the salon she can often be found traveling and adventuring with her family, mountain biking and hiking in the woods, trying new adventures, or reading and enjoying her houseplants.
